I initially called to book a first-time appointment today, but no one answered. When a woman returned my call while I was busy, she responded rudely when I asked who was calling. She stated,"rudely" 'You called me.' When I asked if it was the salon, she confirmed and then hung up on me mid sentence of me trying to confirm the salon name. Upon calling back, I was immediately directed to voicemail. I was very surprised by the rudeness, especially as a potential new customer. A Week After : I went in person and they took me and my mother last moment before our vacation and for that greatfull . Even kmow my mom app was canceled due to the owner getting sick ,the employee that did my braids took my mother as well and we were both able to get our hair done in time for our vacation so for thank you so much. The lady was so sweet, kind and funny. She was also tired whitch understandable that she accidentally lefted my mom forehead dye and almost forgot to cut my edges but that understandable since she was just exhausted but even with that she did an amazing work.i still highligh recommend the place.
